Chaos Dwarf Bull Centaur Taur'ruk

Chaos Dwarf Bull Centaur Taur'ruk
First thing I would like to say about this model is that it has a lot of metal areas. I've chosen to make old steel and old gold. I like that combination. This mini also has a lot of dead heads. Funny thing is that has one Harry Poter head with a lightning symbol on his forehead. I've decided to go with lava base for this mini. And this is a new way I of painting lava for me. I've decided to make it bright on the edges where lava meets the stones. This is actually how it can be seen in nature. I like how it turned out. Another thing was a tattoo. I tried to make it look more chaos dwarf way. So I choose angular thorns. I think it works great with Chaos Dwarf theme. And there's also a freehand painted mark of chaos on his ass. This completes the model.

Warhammer Forge World model.

Night Goblin Gobba Squig

Night Goblin Gobba Squig
This was my inspiration for that Hellcannon of Nurgle. I really like this mini. Although I think making bigger and then yet even bigger squigs is not cool. I liked when Gobbla (Skarsnik's Squig) was the biggest squig ever. But then they have released those Mangler Squigs and now the Forge World makes this one. What is gonna be next? A Squiggoth? I can agree for Great Cave Squigs but that's all. They should't have made this. But somehow I like this sculpt. All squigs and goblins are very funny. And you can use it in normal games as your Doom Diver Catapult proxy.

I think this is the best mini from whole set. Great looking model. I love it. Really well detailed. Cool idea with those flames on armor. The best Squig tunning ever.

Anoher mini from Warhammer Forge Night Goblin Command set. Nice mini as for BSB. I love those mad moons. I really like that sculptor were inspired with old edition goblin standards. At least that what I feel looking on this mini.

Night Goblin Shaman
From Warhammer Forge we get really nice minis to use as Heroes for our armies. They really stand out. I really like that Shaman. The miscast effect is bright green as greenskins magic is suppose to be green. I really like this mini. I'm gonna get one for myself someday.

Huge mini. When I saw this mini for the first time I knew I wanted to keep it dark skinned with bright fire. Also I did a scenic base for it. I'll upload it in few hours. I'll make bigger photo so you could actually see some details because this mini is really enormous. Then I'll cover more on the idea of this project and on work I did.

Nurgle Ogres

All three Forge World Nurgle Ogres together. Models are based on 50x50mm bases. Those minis are much bigger than normal GW ogres. I have to admit that those ogres came in very good shape. There wasn't much work in cleaning them. I'm pretty happy with the painting result. Hope you like them too.

I had some break recently, but now I'm in painting. I'm working on some tables for my games. I'm planing to make one desert and one ruined city board. Come back tomorrow as there would be more Chaos minis.
